Usage: geotime <longitude> [<timestamp>]

This is a first step testing libm before integrating geodate and having a proper date and time system for this OS.

At the moment we can use read /dev/rtc or read /dev/clk/realtime to have the Gregorian date stored in the RTC or the Unix timestamp computed from the former.
