Features

• Checkmate detection: The game automatically detects checkmate and ends the game.
• Legal move validation: The game enforces all the rules of chess and prevents illegal moves.
• Piece highlighting: Available moves for a selected piece are highlighted on the chessboard.

How to play locally:

1. Clone the repository with git clone https://github.com/vincecloutier/pancake-chess.git
2. Open the index.html file in a web browser.
3. And now it's just drag and drop! Enjoy!

How to make the pawns to look like pawns:

1. Go into logic/chess.js
2. Change \u26C1\u26C3\ on Line 84 to \u2659\u265F.
