First official release. Functionality includes:

Install Python and required libraries
Install ALTcointip and required modules from Github repositories
Set up ALTcointip user and group
Install and configure MySQL database, schema, and user
Install configured cryptocoins (and optionally start them)
Optionally install phpMyAdmin (for managing MySQL)
