Use the path to the old version of the psql binaries (
pg_old_dirvariable) before upgrading.Fixed
If a new PostgreSQL version was specified in the
postgresql_versionvariable before running the upgrade procedure, an error occurred. We now explicitly use the old version, specified in thepg_old_versionvariable, before performing the upgrade.
