Talents, General Equipment, Powers & Arcana and Weapons item types have a Modifiers section, where the follow options can be included, removed or changed. Not that an item modifier will only be added to the character if the item is equiped (i.e., shield icon in character sheet withtout opacity):

Ability Names | Add bonuses to the specific Ability | Numbers only |
Ability Names (test only) | Applied only to Ability tests (no impact on damage/derived calculation) | Numbers only |
Aim | Extra bonus added to attack rolls when Aim maneuver is used, besides the standard value | Roll formula without dice terms |
All-Out Attack | Bonus to damage caused by All-Out Attack | Complete roll formula |
Armor Strain | Extra Power/Spell/Magic Points necessary to cast a spell when wearing the item bearing this mod | Roll formula without dice terms |
Armor (Ballistic) | Mod adding to Ballistic armor | Roll formula without dice terms |
Armor (Impact) | Adds to Impact Armor. When Ballistic armor is not used, Impact Armor is the mod to use to add into Armor. |

Max Health | Maximum Health/Fortune modifier | Numbers only |
