The pipe between VK.com communities and Telegram messenger. It checks VK communities walls every minute and sends new posts to the Telegram users.
You have to create properties.json
file with the following params:

The telegram_bot_token
parameter is the token of your telegram bot which will send messages. It's required parameter.
The user_ids
parameters is the ids of telegram users which will receive messages. It's required parameter.
The public_walls
parameter is the list of public communities (or users) walls. It's the same parameter as domain
in the wall.get request.
The private_walls
parameter is the list of private communities (or users) walls. It's the same parameter as domain
in the wall.get request.
You must specify vk_access_token
for accessing to these walls.
The vk_access_token
parameter is the access token for accessing to private walls. For more information see https://vk.com/dev/authentication
Run:
python vk_to_telegram.py properties.json
