Use Cobra instead of urfavecli

This is a placeholder issue to track the conversation with @daveshanley where we agreed to use Cobra. The desired state would be we replace urfave cli with Cobra in the demo app, and have its configurations such as flags exported so it'd be easy to integrate Plank in any Cobra-based Go applications.
