Consolidated documentation into a main documentation page with subpages of varying topics. Organized, cleaned up, removed and added documentation where relevant. Updated and added CSE diagrams to better demonstrate CSE behavior. Added 'Troubleshooting' section, updated development/contribution guide as well. Signed-off-by: Andrew Ni <niandrew7@gmail.com>
