conky-1.21 not starting consistently

Made one as it is probably a conky issue.

Expected behaviour

Conky starts with wm (1.19 does)

Actual behaviour

Conky does not always start. Reboots and re-login does not seem to help. Random if it will start or not. Best odds are after cold-boot. Rebuilding 1.21 with a rev 2 did not change anything.

Steps to reproduce

• start fluxbox(shynebox fork. xinit or lxdm)
• conky -d -a tr & in startup
• no conky. have to re-run and it will run in the bg but takes some time to start.
