Request to be a member of Volcano community

Hello, members of Volcano community. I have followed volcano since 2021 when I was first working on k8s cluster-schedule for ML jobs using kube-batch. I found that volcano scheduler is base on kube-batch and has continious upgrade. So I often read the PRs and volcano-scheduler source code and sometimes find some issues. I'd like to join the volcano community for further contributions.

Here is my PR about some feature enhancement and issues fix .

enhancement

• Improve: reduce calculation of total nodes' resource in stead of storing it when snapshot #1578
• func FeasibleNodesToFind to use list with a centain order #1574
• use root context to handle system signal #1715

issue fix

• same job's diffenrent tasks should compare task's priority #1452
• lose preemptor when considering Preemption between tasks within same Job #1453
• fix issue for func GetDevicesIdleGPUMemory
• format docs #1639
• fix issue #1711 about empty job queue in metrics #1722

in process

• add detail log about allocate/pipeline/evict information
• fix: undefined buildJmpDirective on arm64 machine
• keep updating task's min available number same as creating podgroup
• fix lint error
• Enhancement: ambiguity variable refact
