A tiny IRC bot written in perl.

Perl Module that are needed:
- Net::IRC
- Log::Log4perl
- Data::Dumper::Simple
- Getopt::Long (mostly available as a core Perl module)
- Log::Dispatch
- GEO::IP (needed only if executed with -loc option)
