Update AcknowListViewController initializers

• Add initializer with array of Acknow
• Rename parameter for initializer with plist path
• Remove initializer with multiple plist paths

@KieranHarper Hello Kieran; just to give you a heads-up, I’ve decided to remove the initializer with the array of paths from the next update (v2.0). If you still need this functionality, it should be very easy to add it as an Extension in your app, for instance. Cheers.
