[Feature Request] Add close-delay prop to VNavDrawer using expand-on-hover

Problem to solve

When the nav drawer is in mini-variant mode, the animation speed of the drawer returning to rail size is quite fast, especially if accidentally moused out of drawer. I'd like to delay the close when the move leaves.

Proposed solution

Add similar functionality from v-tooltip like close-delay.
