Installation in Albert Plugins

1. Activate the Python plugin inside settings in the extensions tab

2. Install this plugin

git clone https://github.com/vykio/albert-base64.git ~/.local/share/albert/org.albert.extension.python/modules/base64

3. Activate this plugin (Base64 Encoder / Decoder)

4. Launch Albert and use it with encode and decode keywords
