Add assessment relations and concepts #96

Add the following relations and concepts associated with various assessments:

  1. Assessment and hasAssessment
  2. ImpactAssessment and hasImpactAssessment
  3. RiskAssessment and hasRiskAssessment
  4. DPIA, PIA
  5. RightsImpactAssessment, FundamentalRightsImpactAssessment
  6. DataBreachAssessment
  7. ComplianceAssessment and LegalComplianceAssessment
  8. ConformityAssessment

Of these, the core concepts and relations for assessments (core, impact, risk, DPIA, data breach) have been discussed and agreed to be in scope (Meeting 2023-06-22). The rest are currently proposed and under exploration.
