Transition rule:

  • Before 2023.1.1: Use legacy copyright with 4 hosts.
  • 2023.1.1 - 2023.2.1: Start accepting W3C Inc. copyright, give warning for the legacy copyright.
  • After 2023.2.1: Accept W3C Inc. only.
