Breakout time slots

- Due to the number of proposals received (over 60) we have increased the number of rooms for breakouts to 12.

- The day should end no later than 18:30 because there is a 19:00 reception.
- We originally included explicit 30-minute sessions, but we received only a very small number of requests for 30-minute sessions. So we removed 30-minute sessions. People can end sessions early, of course.
