MIN/MAX Aggregation can be used by many data points mostly used by temperature values.

Normal Chart without any Aggregation:

Change Aggregation to Min/Max, time to fix to 6 hour and new free y-axis:

And you will get Min and Max values and an average line by 6 hour:
