Abstract

NARWAR is a convention to descibe a measurement phenominum or defenition that embody most or all of the principles of locations for water related subjects or objects. This document constitutes the NARWAL specification, a convention of the NARWAL specification. 
The NARWAL specifications provides definitions for defining practically-location phenominums, and comprehensively documenting the APIs for application developers.
