This fixes #130 (some crashes of Gamma-only, actually not only for a hex cell). Fix thanks to J. Yates. Also a test has been added.
Also, incidentally, the python scripts for the test suite have been changed to work also on (I think) older python versions, as well as the
make cleancommand now properly cleans the tests folder with the new test suite.
