  Note: This is the very first release for TBC pre-patch so expect minor bugs. Uninterruptible border shield is not yet supported but will be in the future.
  Arena and party castbars are mostly untested and default off.
  There's currently no way to distinguish between failed and successfully interrupted casts. (Will fix later)
