Apart from the fact it breaks all the caches (but it should be handled by the fact the Wasmer runtime version changes, so it de facto invalidates the caches), I think the code looks good!

Description
Blake3 has a much faster hashing rate than Blake2/Blake2b_simd. This PR updates wasmer to use it as the default hashing algorithm.
