PSM visualization for novel peptides
PDV can be used to visualize PSMs of novel peptides.
Examples:
- Two spectra comparison: two different spectra were matched to the same peptide. This visualization is useful when we want to validate the novel peptide identification using spectra from synthetic peptide.
