1. These instructions are for if you never plan to install WeVoteServer under WSL/Linux. We ask all developers to install both WebApp & WeVoteServer. [See WeVoteServer instructions here](https://github.com/wevote/WeVoteServer/blob/develop/docs/README_API_INSTALL.md), get WSL or Linux working, and then install WebApp with [these instructions](../installing/CLONING_CODE.md).

We do our best to keep this procedure current with the external changes. Tell us if you run into troubles.
