getting error: (gateway.c:377) Could not get IP address information of br-lan

Hey,
I'm trying out wifi dog on the latest openwrt v18

I did

opkg update;
opkg install openwrt;
#made changes to config at /etc/wifidog.conf
/usr/bin/wifidog

however get the following output:

use openwrt v15 and wifidog v1.2.1 only perfect working but now openwrt v18 and wifidog 1.3.1 not working developers stop this project i finding alternate project easy like wifidog.
im cloudwifizone website
