Add:

  • Assyrian Neo-Aramaic (aii)
  • Sheshi Kham (kip)
  • Sabah Malay (msi)
  • Northern Tujia (tji)
  • Standard Moroccan Amazigh (Latin script; zgh-latn)

Remove:

Remove:
* Megleno-Romanian (Greek script) - added to core
  MediaWiki long ago, never actually used, and already
  removed there. See also https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T357981
