n/a

  • Describe the problem and the steps to reproduce it.

wix311.exe /layout x:\tmp\wix311 works as expected but shows Unexpected action state.

  • Describe the behavior you expected and how it differed from the actual behavior.

Would have preferred Laying out... or at least Expected action state.
