DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES: 
Problem: KPP would not compile on Derecho due to name differences in libfl: only libfl.so exists, not libfl.a.

Solution:
Add flag to search for alternative name, libfl.so.

LIST OF MODIFIED FILES:

TESTS CONDUCTED: 
- Compiles with old intel compilers with libfl.a and compiles on Derecho with libfl.so
- It passes regression tests.
