Update the package name of system service

Update package name from org.wso2.emm.system.service to org.wso2.iot.system.service,
https://github.com/wso2/cdmf-agent-android/blob/master/system-service/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml

Purpose

To Identify the system service properly from the release agent app. When I create a release build from the client app with a COPE mode and tried to login, it says the system service is not installed, even though I installed it.

Goals

Release builds will work with COPE enabled devices.
