"Change Lock-code" operation unsupported for API 24 for Android Agent

Description:
The "Change Lock-code" operation is unsupported in API 24. But since the operation button is active if pressed it has a similar outcome to the issue #1614 and all following functions seize to work.
Suggested to include this in the docs and ideally "grey out" the button to avoid a breaking scenario.
Inspecting the Android Studio logcat reveals an exception has been triggered.
