Fix background notification handling, might require a reinstall

Changes:

• Make sure background handler works again on newer Android versions
• Update Java Version
• Misc fixes for newer Android versions, design

Search launches and events

• Added a search page. You can now search launches and events easily.
• The launch details page now shows more info on boosters and landings
• Improve date display for things within the next week

Add subscription listing

• Added a new page that shows launches and events you're subscribed to
• The planet spinner loading animation now looks a bit nicer
• Only run background tasks if the network is available

Improved notifications

Changes:

• Make notifications actually open the respective page in the app
• Display day names and times for days within the next week (instead of only the date)
• Fix weird bouncing scroll when leaving the last detail view of a list
• Load 50 launches / events at once (instead of 25), this makes it less likely to get limited by the server

Please note that launches you were subscribed to before this update might get wrong notifications (the ones that were already scheduled) at some point due to the notification logic being changed.

Improve consistency

Remove German translation as mixing German UI with English data is kind of ugly

General style improvements
