xoreos-media README

This repository contains various media files used by xoreos, such as icons and logos.

Directories of note:

• fonts/

  Fonts used by xoreos.

  • Rezland.ttf:
    The Rezland font by Fraser Davidson, released as freeware.
    Used in the xoreos logo and icon.
  • DejaVuSansMono-Bold.ttf:
    DejaVu Sans Mono Bold, based on the Vera Fonts, distributed under the Bitstream Vera Fonts license.
    Used as monospaced system font in xoreos.

• logos/

  The xoreos logo: the word "xoreos" rendered in the Rezland font. Thanks to Alex Bevilacqua for the idea and initial design.

  The Phaethon logo: the word "Phaethon rendered in the Rezland font, based on the xoreos logo.

  Licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.

• icons/

  Icons based on the xoreos and Phaethon logo: an "x" and a "P", respectively, rendered in the Rezland font.
