This is the repo for my master's thesis about Topological data analysis.
The rough plan of its contents can be found in the file Obsah diplomky.pdf.
The structure of the repository is self-explanatory - scripts, data files and figures are kept in separate directories for clarity.
The thesis itself is located in tex/DP.pdf.
