✨ Major <nav> and <header> refactor (#1)

- Moved `<nav>` in `<aside>`, fixed to the bottom-left in desktop
- Added permanent sticky site title in `<header>`
- Added cascate of pixels to make the header look cool
- Added “Change language” label to language switcher button
