  • Deprecate Vagrant and use only Docker.
  • Replace Travis CI with GitHub Actions.
  • Replace Docker Hub with GitHub Packages for custom Docker image hosting.

This has been reviewed and tested by @tharsheblows, @bartoszgadomski, and me. I think it's good to go at this stage. Any issues discovered will be addressed in follow-up PRs.
