Fix issue with make-macos CI

Try to fix #381

I explored job run and found that macos version of grep do not support some options which I used.

I have fixed the problem related to make-macos.

The main make job is also crashing here, but it is caused by the difference in versions of the local and remote database.
I think the problem will be fixed when the database is updated in a few days.
