Fix the getting started guide for windows users #3702

By adding these commands to the instructions, the getting started guide is more failsafe. It looks like I have this error: trunk-rs/trunk#681
The docs are changed so it is clear that the extra trunk step needs to be performed only on MS windows.

Description
By adding these commands to the instructions, the getting started guide is more failsafe (for windows users). As a windows user I did run into the following problem: trunk-rs/trunk#681
By adding
trunk buildit fixes the example to use it on windows on powershell.Checklist
