tried to remove spells as cult leader did remove them but could not pick any more spells

Reproduction

1 become cult
2 become cult leader
3 get 4 spells then try to remove one
4 have the spell be removed from your usage but still be counted as you having it

Reversing my decision to mark this as confirmed, after further testing on localhost was not able to replicate (which is odd since I was present at the round and saw this not working).
