This PR ensures a consistent formatting of the
setup.pyfields and re-introduces/reorders some of the trove classifiers lost during the original migration process. Additionally, the license field has been updated as it used the wrong value.Besides the metadata improvements, I added Python 3.12 to the test matrix and upgraded the actions to their latest versions.
