Nothing, always happens

Expected behavior

Blur cover the entire bar (or window) and no darkened corners

I could only find a window binary for apitrace?

It happens on my wibox (awesomewm) and transparent clients like a terminal emulator.

are your corners rounded with awesomewm, not picom?

Crylia commented Jan 23, 2023

They are rounded with picom, when I round them with awesome the corner bug goes away (not an option for me as there would be no AA)

@absolutelynothelix

the corner issue is similiar to the #808, i’ll look at it a bit later

can't reproduce. the common thing of your report and #808 is awesomewm, so it may be it's specific.

but for now, your picom is a bit outdated, consider testing the latest commit. also, consider testing the #1002 on top of the latest commit.

Well updating actually solved both problems, sorry for not trying that first, but at least I can confirm to not have #808 as a problem
