Description

There are 105 public playlists in this channel but youtube-dl --verbose --dump-json --ignore-errors --flat-playlist https://www.youtube.com/c/ArtforKidsHub/playlists only returns the first 30 of them.

I've got the same issue, only 29 or 30 playlists captured. I think this was fixed once before, #28075

Yes, the number 30 seems to come up a lot, but the previous issues were about listing videos and this one is about listing playlists.

Could it be an issue on YouTube's side? I've refreshed multiple times and it does not load more than 30 playlists, just gets stuck.

Youtube also currently has an issue with the channel pages not loading, might be related.
