  1. 添加可选项，在切换到 insert/replace 模式时是否自动切换输入法
  2. 修复了一些首次切换输入法失败的 bad case
  3. 补全监听 quit 事件，自动 deactivate input method
  4. 规范日志输出

以上只在 macOS 12.6.1 + Obsidian 1.0.3 测试通过，输入法是在 ABC 和 Squirrel 之间切换，其他平台没有测试条件。
