What is SuperChromaRes?

SuperChromaRes is the chroma scaler equivalent of SuperRes. It has an additional "bilateral prescaler" option. Enabling this option makes SuperChromaRes use it's own chroma upscaling method which uses the luma to guide the chroma upscaling.
