(Bug report) Excalidraw menu only available when note is viewed publicly

Perhaps this is by design, but i thought i would report it anyway.

The canvas note menu only opens on publicly shared notes. See screenshot below (left image is is inside of trilium, the right is the note accessed via the public link):

Hi, it looks like I missed this issue when originally posted.

There seems to be a CSS class conflict between excalidraw and bootstrap. I created an issue here: excalidraw/excalidraw#6567

In the meantime, I can fix this by a local CSS override.
