Format with `shfmt -w <script>`
Install pre-commit with `pip install pre-commit` and install pre-commit hook with `pre-commit install`.

This PR adds our first CI integration.
Everyone will after this PR need to format their code with
shfmt -w .for CI to be happy.Closes #38
