Marmoset, a WordPress-powered project list.

1. Install and activate the Marmoset theme.
2. Create a Project Queue and some Project Statuses.
3. Optionally, create some Stakeholders and Members, and tweak Complexities.

Terminology

• Project Queue -- a list of projects. Use multiple queues to separate projects in different areas.
• Project Status -- active, inactive, starting soon, waiting, etc.
• Stakeholders -- who this project is for (Marketing, Doug's Pet Shop, Mom., etc.)
• Members -- who is working on this project
• Complexities -- project difficulty on a scale of 1 to 5 (autogenerated; names and descriptions can be modified)
