I still get this error on Windows 10.

What can I do to fix this?

Does it still happen? There was an issue with the server side around a week ago.

Sorry for the late reply.

Another docset which does not exist anymore seems to be the problem.
It's resolved now.

Maybe it would be helpful to show which domain / docset / URL causes such error(s) instead of just throwing it.
