ZBR_INFRA_HOST should be replaced everywhere by ZBR_HOSTNAME variable

done.
during the testing please cover two scenarios:

  1. regular setup from develop branch
    -> all should work as usual. also verify that INFRA_HOST jenkins global variable has default port value like:
    52.7.145.150:80
  2. setup 1.0 version, perform basic acceptance and upgrade to the latest
    -> all should work as uausl and INFRA_HOST jenkins global var updated using port as well

Reverified, INFRA_HOST is correct.
