to sync with zebrunner/mcloud#181 we have to add new location rule for nginx. it menase during upgrade this file should be regenerated

done. testing scenario should include:

  1. setup from master (v2.2)
  2. do basic acceptance executing api/web jobs
  3. switch to develop and do recursive pull git pull --recurse-submodules
  4. ./zebrunner.sh update
  5. do again basic acceptance after restart

to confirm nginx regenertion make sure all subcomponent are available: jenkins, stf, sonar
