When loading an application for the first time, the playback of currently played music stutters as it syncs up with the Spotify playback API.

Most likely cause is when the track playback is first retrieved, the playblack slider goes from a value of 0 to the current progress of the track, which may register a difference and send an update to the spotify API to change the track progress. This would have the currently played track's progress go back a second or less based on when the application first retrieved the playback.
